Payment Processing

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£). If you are paying with a card issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion fee. Woodie World is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on a Sunday will be processed the next working day.

Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

For your protection and ours, we reserve the right to carry out verification checks on orders. In some cases we may need to contact you before an order can be confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we are unable to verify or that we suspect to be fraudulent.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Ensure your billing address matches the one registered with your bank
  • Check that your card details have been entered correctly
  • Contact your bank or card provider to confirm there are no restrictions on your account

Refunds
