Refund policy

At Woodie World, every toy is handmade with care and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must have prior approval from us before sending anything back (see How to Request a Return below)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed

How to Request a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
To start a return, email us at Contact@woodieworld.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) with instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

Return Postage

Who pays for return postage depends on the reason for the return:

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering error, we recommend using a tracked postal service. In this case, Woodie World cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part — the entire return process is on us. We will provide full instructions and cover all costs, so you will not be out of pocket.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@woodieworld.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault or damage

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you, including covering all return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after we have issued it — this is typically 3–5 business days depending on your provider.

Please note: Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of our approval email:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary

If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at Contact@woodieworld.com and we will investigate immediately.
